to say sth to sb (about sth)
met pattern: tegen + person, over + topic
Not yet in a published lesson.
tussen = between, physical position. You speak tegen someone. And the topic preposition over was dropped entirely. Two prepositions, both load-bearing, neither guessable from English ("say to", "about"). Also in this sentence: sagt is a German leak (sagen), and after a modal it must be the infinitive zeggen anyway.
